Orders, Delivery, Returns & Cancellation Policy


You can place your order online and pay for it by PayPal, debit or credit card. You may also order by phone, email or letter, if you wish to pay by cheque, they must be made payable to Access Products Limited.

For next day delivery (an extra delivery charge will apply, next day delivery is only available on telephone orders) of items that are in stock, for next day delivery we would need to have an order by 12pm. Our couriers' only deliver on working days. 

Free & Paid delivery service is for a 2-5 working day delivery service, for a quicker service please call 01543 377007 or email before ordering. 

We only deliver to mainland UK addresses. Please note, not all items qualify for free delivery, if items do qualify for free delivery, it will state this on the product description, 'Free Delivery' only covers orders to mainland UK. If you are unsure whether or not your postcode is eligible for free delivery please contact us.

When you receive your goods from our courier you will be asked to sign a proof of delivery (POD), Access Products therefore advise you to check all goods thoroughly to make sure they are in good condition. If your products are damaged please reject the delivery and contact us ASAP so we can arrange a replacement without any delay. 

How do I select a delivery day?

It is not possible to guarantee a delivery date; however, you can specify a preferred date in the comments box at the checkout. We will aim to meet your delivery requirement; however, it cannot be guaranteed.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery will be 2-5 working days unless a product is out of stock. We only deliver during the week and not on the weekend. 

Most of our items are dispatched within 24 hours if in stock, however please allow up to 14 working days for out of stock items. A member of staff will advise you if we do not expect to meet the delivery date specified on our website.

What happens I am not in when the goods are delivered? 

If you are not in when the goods are delivered, the courier will normally leave a card with instructions on how to reschedule the delivery or they will return the following day to attempt delivery again. We ask to you provide a valid phone number during the checkout to help during the delivery process. 

What happens if the good are damaged or faulty upon delivery? 

If received goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged on delivery you have the option to receive a replacement or a full refund provided this is reported within 7 working days from the delivery date.

Unwanted Goods

Under the Consumer Contract Regulations 2014, the customer has the right to return the goods within 14 calendar days to obtain a full refund provided that the goods are returned in an unused & as New condition.

It is the customer’s responsibility for returning the goods back to APL Online and assume costs of such. If the customer would like APL Online to arrange the collection on their behalf, they must be aware that APL Online will deduct a 25% restocking fee off the NETT cost of the product & return carriage from your refund.

If you order warehouse steps there will be the following charges: 

  • Original delivery cost (which is included in your price you paid)
  • Return transport cost
  • Restocking charge 
  • Admin cost 

Any additional charges for Express Delivery (i.e. Overnight deliveries, Timed Deliveries or Saturday Deliveries) will also be deducted from the refund.

The goods will remain the customer’s responsibility until APL Online have received the goods back.

The goods must be returned complete including all fixings, packaging & product manuals.

You will not be refunded until the goods are returned to our warehouse by the carrier and checked by our staff to be in a saleable condition and fit to be resold. If the goods are not in a saleable condition, then we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Cancellation of Goods

You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch by phone or email quoting your order no. If the goods have been dispatched then the customer is responsible for the cost of the return of the goods, unless otherwise agreed.
